Apple, Facebook, Microsoft and Other Major Tech Firms Condemn Plans to Monitor Americans' Web Traffic

The letter comes as the U.S. House of Representatives prepares to vote as early as next week to reauthorise three key FBI surveillance tools under the USA Freedom Act.
